Conveying Blades for Stacker Reclaimer
We recently manufactured Conveying Blades for Stacker Reclaimer with UHMW Polyethylene liners for one of our esteemed clients. Manufacturing involved precision laser cutting, bending, rolling, welding, blasting, painting and inspection in template. Happy customer, Happy us!
Structures
We recently manufactured and dispatched these Structures for one of our esteemed client. The client required this urgently for site erection; we were able to deliver within 2 weeks!
Hoppers & Casings
We regularly manufacture hoppers, casings, chutes, ducts, transition ducts. For export projects, we are packing in container frames. We use high end nesting software and CAD for plate cutting, to reduce scrap. Our motto – Don’t just do it, Do it Right.

Inspection door / Manhole cover
We manufacture inspection doors, manhole covers etc. Manufacturing requires 3D modelling, laser cutting, bending, lathe turned components, fit-up, GMAW / SMAW welding, blasting and painting – all done in-house!

We manufacture fabricated Metallic Expansion Joints for our esteemed customers, from Power plants, Cement plants etc.
We have expertise in doing 3D modelling, make flat pattern for laser cutting, profile bending in our 3.1 mtr CNC Press Brake, range of qualified GMAW / GTAW / MMAW welders, ASNT Level II qualified engineers, Blasting and painting booth and other facilities.
