Manufacturing Stainless Steel Metallic Expansion Joints for a Government PSU customer.

We manufacture Safety Ladders made of Aluminium and Hot Dip Galvanised Steel. Today, our Aluminium Ladders were tested for compliance for CE marking. The testing involved testing as per the requirement of MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC, EN 131-2, EN ISO 14122- 4:2005/A1:2010. The testing was witnessed and Attestation of Conformity given by DEKRA India.

We recently manufactured SKS separator for a leading Cement plant OEM. Manufacturing involved 3D Modelling, Laser and Plasma cutting, Welding and Assembly. All done in record time and up to customer’s satisfaction.

We regularly make Deck Plates. We have the necessary infrastructure to do cutting using our Hydraulic Shearing machine, hole punching using Power press tool, bending in our 3.1 mtr CNC Press Brake, and Blasting and Painting. #materialhandling #conveyor #fabrication

Urgent fabrication job taken; we manufactured Kiln cowl shell and skirt plate, from 40mm and 36mm thick BQ plate. The requirement was for a Sponge Iron plant, under shutdown. We completed the job within 12 days.
