We recently manufactured and dispatched 3x Feed Hopper, for a Coal Mining customer. The hoppers are of size 10 mtr width x 13 mtr length x 7 mtrs height, each weight 65 MT.
Manufacturing involved 3D Modelling, resolving interference, cutting planning, CNC cutting, Hardox® liner hole drilling, Handling parts weighing up to 12 MT single piece, welding, shop assembly, surface preparation and painting.
